Books have been written on this matter, and the conflict and interchanges about where the "hot" video slots are located in a casino are still on-going – over sixty yrs after the slot machines were 1st placed in gambling houses.

The quintessential rule is that the better slots were installed just inside the main entry of the casino; so that everyone passing by would see actual jackpot winners and be titillated to come unto the gambling floor … play. Our estimation is that this is not so anymore.
